摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the frameworks of adverse outcome pathways(AOPs)has entered a rapid growth phase.As an integrative biological knowledge framework,AOPs systematically elucidate inhalation toxicity mechanisms by constructing AOPs networks,providing a scientific basis for the development of alternative testing methods and risk assessment frameworks for novel chemicals.This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of inhalation toxicity-related AOPs,the application of AOPs frameworks in related fields,and the main challenges currently faced in AOPs development,aiming to provide theoretical support and references for further AOPs development and implementation.关键词
