Abstract
The effective components of Traditional Chinese Medicine are complex,and extracting the effective substances to the greatest extent is the core and key to improve the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The development of Chinese medicine extraction technology can improve the quality and stability of Chinese medicine preparations,which is of great significance for the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine industry.Semi-bionic extraction method is a bionic modern extraction technology that simulates the absorption of drugs in the human gastrointestinal tract,which can extract the effective substances more efficiently.With the progress of science and technology,semi-bionic technology is becoming more and more mature.The combination of semi-bionic with enzymatic method has the advantages of improving the extraction efficiency of trace components.The combination of semi-bionic and ultrasonic extraction has the advantages of reducing extraction temperature and improving the stability of effective components.The combination of semi-bionic and microwave extraction has the advantages of selective extraction of effective components.This paper mainly summarizes the application progress of three main semi-bionic combined extraction technologies in Traditional Chinese Medicine extraction over the past decade,aiming to provide some insights for the semi-bionic technology in the extraction and discovery of effective components of Traditional Chinese Medicine.关键词
