高职"岗课赛证"融合育人模式研究
Research on the Integrated Education Model of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The integrated education model of"posts,courses,competitions and certificates"deeply integrates the four aspects,running"post","competition"and"certificate"throughout the entire"course"process to enhance students' comprehensive qualities.Based on the significance of the integrated education model of"posts,courses,competitions and certificates"in higher vocational colleges,this paper,taking into account the development process of the model in China,analyzes the existing problems in its application.And,the construction approaches of the model are discussed from the aspects of deepening school-enterprise cooperation,paying attention to individual differences,improving the assessment mechanism,strengthening the cultivation of innovative capabilitv,and utilizing information resources.关键词
