现代学徒制下高职护理专业人才培养模式探究
Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of Higher Vocational Nursing Major under Modern Apprenticeship
摘要
Abstract
Under the modern apprenticeship training mode,vocational education in China has achieved sustainable,rapid and healthy development.The cooperation between schools and enterprises has been further deepened,the integration of work and study has been steadily advanced,and a series of teaching achievements with vocational education characteristics have been made.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the nursing major of higher vocational colleges under the background of modern apprenticeship,and discusses how to improve the talent cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship,hoping to provide reference for the construction of nursing major and talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.关键词
