Exploring Relationship between Incidence Pattern and Dayun,Sitian,Zaiquan and Join of Subordinate Qi to Dominant Qi by Taking 315285 Cases of Hand-Foot-And-Mouth Disease in Liaoning Province As an Example

Abstract
Objective Based on the theories of Dayun,Qi of Sitian and Qi of Zaiquan,which refer to Zhuke Jialin,to analyze the incidence patterns of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Liaoning region.Method Using the incidence data of 315285 cases of hand-foot-and-mouth disease from February 2007 to January 2019,a comparative analysis was conducted on the incidence numbers under different years of age,the year of Sitian,the year of Zaiquan and different relationships of dominiat Qi and guest Qi.Result Comparing the paired years with similar climate significance,the years with less soil and more wood had the highest in-cidence of diseases,and the distribution difference of cases was statistically significant(P＜0.001).The incidence of the third Qi was the highest every year,followed by the fourth Qi.There was a statistically significant difference in the number of cases during each dominant Qi period(P＜0.001).The incidence of diseases in the year of Sitian with Taiyang cold water and the year of Sitian with Shaoyang ministerial fire was higher than that in other years,and the difference in incidence cases was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.001).Under different dominant Qi relationships,the number of cases was highest during the period of the guest Qi restricting dominiat Qi and the incidence during the period of Taiyang cold water restricting Shaoyang ministerial fire was higher than the other periods.Conclusion The hand-foot-and-mouth disease is more common in the third and fourth Qi regions of Li-aoning Province.A humid,hot and windy climate is conducive to the spread and prevalence of the disease.The key pathogenesis of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in this region is the external bundle of cold pathogens and the internal accumulation of damp and heat.关键词
