基于"欲降先升"理论探讨"风药"治疗慢传输型便秘
Discussion on Treatment of Slow-Transit Constipation with"Wind Medicine"Based on Theory of"Ascending First for Subsequent Descending"
摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of slow transit constipation is characterized by unfavorable conduction function of the large intes-tine,and doctors often administer laxative products based on the treatment principles of"those who are below are exhausted"and"those who are full in the middle are laxative in the inside",but the efficacy is not satisfactory and the clinical cure rate is low.The movement of Qi in and out implies the basic process of human life activities,rising and going out belongs to Yang,descending and returning belongs to Yin.While emphasizing the importance of Qi descending and dredging Fu-organs,it is also advisable to combine it with products that enhance Qi and promote Qi circulation,which embodies the basic characteristics of the holistic con-cept of traditional Chinese medicine,such as"solitary Yin does not generate,solitary Yang does not last".Wind drug has a light and sharp nature,with a pungent and dispersing taste.Its action tends to be upward and outward,which is in line with the physio-logical characteristics of multiple organs.Based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,selecting this type of medicine can often achieve the effects of promoting lung function,lifting the pot and uncovering the lid,mediating the middle Jiao,promoting Yang and dispersing dampness,regulating liver and gallbladder,regulating Qi and purging fire.关键词
