基于癌毒病机理论浅谈鼻咽癌中医辨治
Discussion on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Based on Pathogenesis Theory of Cancerous Toxin

Abstract
Professor ZHOU Zhongying,a TCM master,first proposed the theory of cancerous toxin.The pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin has been continuously formed,enriched and improved by his disciple Professor CHENG Haibo,who leads the team.System construction for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cancer toxin provides clinical guidance for syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumors.This article tried to discuss the core pathogenesis,pathological factors and treatment of na-sopharyngeal carcinoma based on the pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin.The core pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the appearance of phlegm,blood stasis,heat and cancerous toxin,deficiency of Qi and Yin.The main pathological factors are heat,phlegm,blood stasis and cancerous toxin.The therapeutic principle is eliminating evil and removing toxin,streng thening vital and consolidating constitution.Common therapies include reducing phlegm and detoxifying,dissipation blood stasis and detoxifying,clearing heat and detoxifying,tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,and so on.The application of clinical practice was expounded based on the clinical typical case.关键词
