国医大师皮持衡从少阳气化辨治糖尿病肾脏病
National Medical Master PI Chiheng Treats Diabetic Nephropathy from Shaoyang Qi Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is the leading cause of end stage kidney disease,and there is a wide range of opin-ions on the pathogenesis.According to Prof.PI Chiheng,the key to the pathogenesis of DKD is the dysfunction of Qi in transforma-tion.Prof.PI holds the view that the pathogenesis of DKD is root deficiency and branch excess,the lack of source of Shaoyang Qi transformation is the root deficiency,and damp-heat,stasis and toxin caused by unfavorable Shaoyang Qi transformation are the branch excess.Prof.PI advocates the mutual reference of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In clinical practice,the inte-grated model of"disease-phase-syndrome-symptom"is adopted for the staged diagnosis and treatment of DKD,aiming to re-plenish and smooth activity of Shaoyang Qi.Therefore,this paper discussed the clinical experience of Prof.PI Chiheng in treating DKD from the perspective of Shaoyang Qi transformation,so as to improve the ability and efficacy of treating DKD.关键词
