YIN Kejing Utilizes Approach of Invigorating Spleen,Diffusing Lung and Nourishing Kidney to Harmonize Ying and Wei in Treatment of Palmoplantar Keratosis

Abstract
Palm extension keratosis is a clinical refractory disease in dermatology.Professor YIN Kejing believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is related to spleen deficiency,lung Qi deficiency and kidney Qi deficiency.The deficiency of spleen Qi and the loss of four-terminal skin are the root causes of this disease.The invasion of external pathogens leads to the obstruc-tion of meridians,and the disharmony between Ying and Wei is the key cause of the disease.This disease is related to genetic fac-tors,congenital deficiency of kidney essence and fur dystrophy.In addition,the disease onset is often from the childhood.The dis-ease evil is in the skin,involving the viscera and often affecting the lung and kidney function.Professor YIN Kejing puts forward the treatment method of invigorating spleen,ventilating lung,nourishing kidney and harmonizing Ying and Wei,and runs it through the treatment process of palm extension keratosis,thus opening a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease and provi-ding a multidimensional perspective.关键词
