应用郑钦安扶阳思想辨治脓毒症脱证的体会
Experience in Treating Sepsis Collapse Syndrome with ZHENG Qin'an's Thought of Strengthening Yang
摘要
Abstract
Collapse syndrome is the most common syndrome in the late stage of sepsis.This article focuses on the difficulty of"balance of Yin and Yang"in the treatment of sepsis and the academic thought of"Yang governing and Yin following",and points out ZHENG Qin'an's view that"Yangqi is weak and all diseases are onset".It is proposed that"spirit,color,tongue and pulse"should be carefully identified in clinical practice.Sepsis collapse syndrome can be divided into Yangqi sudden collapse and internal closure and external collapse.Yangqi sudden collapse often has wheezing,dizziness,sweating,cold limbs,faint pulse,tongue out,or even cold limbs,weak pulse and other symptoms.There are many symptoms such as persistent high fever,irritabili-ty,dizziness,bleeding,fatigue and shortness of breath,sweating and so on.Sini Decoction(四逆汤)and Fengsui Dan(封髓丹)are used according to condition of the disease.Finally,through modern research and clinical case analysis,it deepened the under-standing of the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment of sepsis.关键词
