我国露天煤矿智能化发展政策十年演进过程与规律研究
Research on evolution process and laws of open-pit coal mine intelligent development policy over the past decade in China
摘要
Abstract
The article focuses on the development of intelligent open-pit coal mines in China and systematically reviews the evolution of relevant policies from 2014 to 2024.Firstly,the article provides an overview of the policy documents for each stage.Secondly,the article analyzes the law of policy changes and elaborates various changes and causes such as target evolution,specification of time nodes,and adjustment of task presentation.At the same time,the article reviews development process of open-pit coal mine intelligent,and points out that the release of the"Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Intelligent Development of Coal Mines"in 2020 and clarifies the main goals of intelligent development and enables various intelligent technologies to be widely applied in mining enterprises.Finally,based on the current situation,we plan future directions,involving policies,standards,technology,industry management,education and talent cultivation,aiming to provide theoretical support for the optimization of intelligent policies and technological development in open-pit coal mines.关键词
