Abstract
To improve the safety and reliability of unmanned truck dumping operations in open-pit mines,a new stockpiling and dumping process for unmanned trucks is proposed.This process draws on the method of constructing initial embankments at dump and adopts unmanned trucks for site dumping combined with bulldozer track widening to facilitate dumping operations.The process flow and parameters for stockpiling and dumping are designed,and a method for estimating the required number of equipment units is proposed.Field tests are conducted in Pingshuo East Open-pit Coal Mine.The stockpiling and dumping process eliminates the risk of truck overturning caused by edge dumping,reduces the reliance on the reliability of the unmanned truck's perception system during dumping,and achieves about 95%of the efficiency of traditional dumping methods at the test site,which provides a new approach for unmanned truck dumping operations in open-pit coal mines.关键词
