Abstract
This paper summarizes the key steps in the design of composite material blade layup shapes for the autoclave curing process of composite materials,including the extraction of the layup surface,the extension of the layup surface,and the generation of the layup shape.The middle surface of the blade is obtained using a surface extraction algorithm,which serves as the layup surface.A curve-surface extension algorithm based on reflection B-spline curves is used to naturally extend the layup surface along the length and width directions of the blade.The layup shape is generated by intersecting the extended layup surface with the blade surface.The related algorithms are implemented based on Siemens NX secondary development,and experiments using an actual blade model demonstrate the feasibility of the algorithm and solution.关键词
