BIM技术在建筑模具设计与制造中的应用研究
Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Design and Manufacturing of Construction Molds

Abstract
This study employs Solid Works,a commonly used design and drawing software bosed on(BIM)technology,to design molds for staircase support structures and staircase mold bodies.The staircase molds are designed in a modular and adjustable form,with modules connected by bolts,while generating a detailed bill of materials(BOM).Based on the obtained prefabricated component information,models are created and site layout simulations are conducted.Experimental results indicate that BIM technology can effectively construct staircase mold models,with design times of 8.41 d and 6.33 d for the support structure and mold body,respectively,and modeling times of 7.66 h and 5.14 h.Additionally,the cost budget achieved a maximum reduction of 10.65%.Therefore,the BIM technology proposed in this study effectively shortens construction periods,reduces costs,and provides significant insights into the informatization and visualization of building models.关键词
