交通工程用复合材料模具设计与制造技术研究
Research on the design and manufacturing technology of composite material molds for traffic engineering

Abstract
With the increasing application of composite materials in aerospace and other fields,especially in the manufacture of aircraft structural parts,it has become one of the main materials.However,the design and manufacture of composite molds still face great challenges.This paper selects the common curved skin panels in aerospace as the research object,uses composite molds for manufacturing,and optimizes the design and production process in combination with RTM process.First,the product requirements are analyzed and the suitable mold materials are selected,and the negative mold and the main mold are designed.Then,mold processing,surface treatment and vacuum bag lamination are carried out according to the design,and resin injection and curing are carried out using optimized process parameters.Finally,the performance comparison experiment of aluminum alloy mold and composite mold is carried out.The results show that the parts designed with LTC410 composite mold are superior to traditional aluminum alloy molds in strength,toughness and surface quality.At the same time,the composite mold shows significant advantages in the manufacturing process,with improved efficiency and reduced costs,and has broad application prospects in the field of mold manufacturing.关键词
