诱导轮成型加工工艺研究

Abstract
According to the characteristics of inducer blade shape is complex and varied,wall thickness is thin,flow channel is narrow and deep,and the composition material is titanium alloy,the typical technology scheme of five-axis machining is developed in this paper,special milling tool is designed,and numerical control program is programmed by CAM software.The virtual machine tool simulation environment of the 5-axis machining center is built by the virtual simulation software,and the simulation machining is carried out in the simulation environment,and the program is optimized at last.The optimized program was used to verify the product processing,and no overcutting or residue occurred.Finally,the product was compared with the model through 3D scanning data and fully met the requirements of the process standard documents.The simulated products do not need to be cut,saving time cost,material cost,labor cost and machine tool cost,and improving production efficiency.关键词
