Abstract
The dividing wall column,as a representative process intensification technology,offers substantial energy-saving potential.However,its inherent strong coupling and nonlinearity present significant challenges for control structure design.To address this,controllability is assessed using the Relative Gain Array and Niederlinski Index,while energy efficiency is evaluated via the Relative Exergy Array and Exergy Ecological Factor.A ternary separation system of ethanol,1-propanol,and 1-butanol is modeled using Aspen Plus,with four typical DWC control configurations analyzed under both steady-state and dynamic conditions.Results demonstrate that the Overhead Product Withdrawal Rate-Intermediate Product Withdrawal Rate-Bottom Reboiler Rate System Control Scheme achieves superior performance in stability,controllability,and energy efficiency,providing a comprehensive framework for energy-conscious control structure selection in complex distillation processes.关键词
