摘要

Abstract

A large office park located in a hot-summer and cold-winter region of China was selected as the re-search object,and simulation research was performed to evaluate the implementation effects of ultra-low en-ergy and nearly zero-energy consumption technologies.By adopting multiple measures-including the thermal performance of the building envelope being enhanced,heat recovery devices being installed in the fresh air system,and renewable energy power generation sys-tems being integrated-ultra-low energy and nearly zero-energy consumption levels were achieved,along with significant emission reductions.
