多孔平行流扁管相变换热单元蓄放热性能实验
Experiment on Heat Storage and Release Performance of Porous Parallel Flow Flat Tube Phase-change Heat Transfer Units

Abstract
A phase-change heat transfer unit composed of porous parallel flow flat tubes(water flow channel)and square hole shaped fins(filled with phase-change material)was designed.An experimental method was used to study the heat storage and release performance of the phase-change heat transfer unit.The inlet and outlet configuration of the phase-change heat transfer unit was selected as bottom in and top out.Heat storage experiment:the higher the inlet water temperature,the faster the heating rate of phase-change materials.In-creasing the mass flow rate of the heat transfer fluid helps improve the temperature rise rate of phase-change materials,but continuously increasing the mass flow rate of the heat transfer fluid has no significant ef-fect on the temperature rise rate of phase-change mate-rials.Heat extraction experiment:the lower the inlet wa-ter temperature,the faster the cooling rate of phase-change materials.Increasing the mass flow rate of the heat transfer fluid does not significantly help improve the cooling rate of phase-change materials.When the in-let water temperature is constant,both the heat storage efficiency and heat extraction efficiency increase as the mass flow rate of the heat transfer fluid decreases.关键词
