煤气化细渣基多功能性碳硅复合材料的气体储存与捕集性能研究
Gas storage and capture properties of coal gasification fine slag-based multifunctional carbon-silicon composites

Abstract
High-value utilization of coal gasification fine residue is crucial for the elimination of coal-based solid waste.In this paper,a carbon-silicon composite material was successfully prepared from coal gasification slag through synergistic hydrothermal and chemical activation treatments.In addition,the pore-forming mechanism of coal gasification fine slag was investigated by orthogonal hydrothermal experiments,and the samples obtained under the conditions of HCl concentration of 20%,hydrothermal temperature of 100 ℃,hydrothermal time of 100 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20 had high specific surface area(470.98 m2/g)and pore volume(0.785 cm3/g).Hydrothermal treatment effectively removed metal oxides and part of the SiO2 from the fine slag,thereby exposing previously blocked pores.Then the pore structure of the residual carbon was opened by the activation treatment with KOH,and KFSA-2 at the optimal activation ratio had a specific surface area of 623.18 m2/g and a pore volume of 1.105 cm3/g.Without undergoing desorption treatment,KFSA-2 achieved a hydrogen storage capacity of 0.25%,a CO2 capture capacity of 5.92 mmol/g,and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)adsorption capacities of 160.12 mg/g(o-xylene)and 212.3 mg/g(o-dichlorobenzene)at room temperature.These results suggest that KFSA-2 is a multifunctional carbon-silicon composite with potential applications in hydrogen storage,CO2 capture,and VOCs removal.关键词
