生物质焦及肥煤基过渡金属改性炭材料对煤热解挥发物的催化提质研究
Catalytic upgrading of coal pyrolysis volatiles by biomass coke and fat coal-based transition metal-modified carbon materials

Abstract
Catalytic upgrading of coal pyrolysis volatiles can increase the fraction of light components of tar,effectively solving the problems associated with high heavy component of tar,such as clogging of pipeline and difficulty of oil and dust separation.In this study,using de-ash fat coal and biomass coke as carbon sources,carbon materials(AWBC)and metal-modified carbon materials(NiAWBC,CoAWBC,FeAWBC,CuAWBC)were prepared for Naomaohu coal pyrolysis tar upgrading to exclude the effect of intrinsic metals in the carbon materials to investigate the effect of metal-modified carbon materials on coal pyrolysis tar and to characterize the carbon materials using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES),and NH3-temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD)to obtain the structural properties of the carbon materials.The results show that compared to the unmodi-fied carbon material,the tar is cracked,resulting in a lower yield of tar and an increase in gas phase yield and carbon accumulation yield due to the presence of metal and acidic sites.The mass fraction of light tarincreases by 18.75%,12.50%,16.66%,and 6.25%,respectively,and the mass fraction of small molecules(e.g.,aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds,1-3 cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and monocyclic phenols,etc.)increases significantly.The mass fraction of heavy fractions decreases,withan increase in amorphous carbon and a decrease in graphitization of the carbon deposited in the tars,indicating conversion of heavy fractions into light fraction(e.g.,aromatic hydrocarbons and monocyclic phenols,etc.).Among the catalysts,NiAWBC exhibites the most prominent effect on tar quality enhancement,and the lightened tar fraction increases significantly,while the mass fraction of small molecule monocyclic phenolic compounds and aromatic hydrocarbons smaller than 3 rings increases by 21.92%and 4.44%,respectively.Therefore,the metal-modified AWBC has an obvi-ous effect on tar quality enhancement,and the synergistic effect of NiAWBC metal sites and strong acidic sites is especially prominent,leading to an outstanding effect on tar quality enhancement.关键词
