Abstract
As a pivotal discipline in clinical medicine,anesthesiology serves as an essential prerequisite for surgical procedures,with its irreplaceable position and increasingly prominent clinical value in the healthcare system.While the quality control of anesthesiology ad-heres to the general principles of medical quality control,the difficulty and complexity of its implementation are significantly different from other disciplines.Only through comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of quality control in anesthesiology discipline can we build a targeted quality control system,and continuously refine scientifically feasible management protocols based on the general principles of quality control.This article elucidates the dual dimensions of "safety" and "quality" in anesthesiology through the following aspects,the critical role of anesthesiology in emergency care,individual clinical competency requirements for anesthesiologists,workflow safety and quality assurance,challenges in clinical service evaluation,medication safety,postoperative patient recovery,and risk mitigation of low-probability events,thereby advancing the scientific development and sustainable enhancement of anesthesia quality management.关键词
