成年男性患者疼痛敏感性与术后睡眠质量的相关性研究
Correlation between pain sensitivity and postoperative sleep quality in adult male patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the correlation between pain sensitivity and postoperative sleep quality in adult male patients hospital-ised for painless gastrointestinal polypectomy.Methods A total of 120 male patients,aged 18 to 64 years,of American Society of Anes-thesiologists(ASA)physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,who underwent painless gastrointestinal polypectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shi-hezi University from December 2023 to July 2024,were selected.They were divided into two groups of high sensitivity group(n=60)and low sensitivity group(n=60)according to the pain sensitivity measurements.All patients were assessed for subjective sleep quality with the Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS)on the day before surgery,and on the first and second days after surgery,and the objective sleep quality was recorded by a sleep monitor from 22:00 at preoperative night to 8:00 on the day of the surgery and from 22:00 at postoperative night to 8:00 at the following morning,and the patients were classified into the three groups of no sleep disorders,suspected sleep disorders,and with sleep disorders based on the AIS scores on the first day after surgery.The relationship between the two was analysed using ordinal logistic regression with multi-categorical variables.Results Forty-two cases(35.0％)had sleep disorders after surgery,56 cases(46.7％)had suspected sleep disorders,and 22 cases(18.3％)had no sleep disorders.The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences between the three groups in pain sensitivity,AIS scores on the day before surgery and the first postoperative day,preopera-tive and postoperative objective sleep indices(light sleep period,deep sleep period,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,and postoperative latency to fall asleep),and the AIS scores on the second postoperative day were all statistically significant(P＜0.05).Ordinal logistic regression with multi-categorical variables analyses showed that high pain sensitivity was a risk factor for poorer sleep quality in postopera-tive patients(OR 2.824,95％ CI 1.088-7.330,P=0.033).Conclusion Pain sensitivity in adult male patients undergoing elective painless gastrointestinal polypectomy is associated with postoperative sleep quality,and adult male patients with high pain sensitivity have poor overall sleep quality.关键词
