摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the comparative teaching method of arterial blood gas and central venous blood gas in blood gas analysis teaching,and enhance the interest and confidence for young physicians in learning blood gas analysis.Methods A total of 50 rotating physicians at Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2024 were selected and randomly as-signed to the the control group(n=25)and the experimental group(n=25),according to random number table method.The control group followed the standard teaching syllabus for classroom learning,and participated in clinical anesthesia practice and perioperative arte-rial blood gas collection and analysis;the experimental group focused on collecting evidence-based medical data around "the comparison of arterial blood gas and central venous blood gas analysis" during classroom teaching,and conducted clinical anesthesia teaching according to the "Clinical Anesthesia Blood Gas Analysis Application Checklist".Upon completion of the training period,participants underwent a final examination and completed a"Blood Gas Analysis Learning Interest and Confidence"questionnaire.The examination consisted of theoretical questions and clinical case-based blood gas analysis(5 questions each),totaling 100 points.Results The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group on the theoretical questions,clinical case analysis,and total examination score(74.08±5.14 vs 62.82±6.32),with the statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Additionally,the experimental group reported greater interest in learning blood gas analysis,higher self-evaluation of learning effectiveness,and greater satisfaction with instructors com-pared to the control group(P<0.05).Significantly fewer participants in the experimental group reported apprehension towards learning blood gas analysis(9 cases vs 18 cases in the control group),with the statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comparative teaching method of arterial blood gas and central venous blood gas in clinical anesthesia teaching can help rotating physicians overcome apprehension towards blood gas analysis and increase their learning interest.Through differential analysis,it supplements omitted knowledge points,improves knowledge structure,and enhances clinical practice and comprehensive abilities.
