杜鹃花类菌根真菌定殖的研究进展
Research Progress on the Colonization of Ericoid Mycorrhizal Fungi in Rhododendron
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the research progress on the colonization of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi(ERMF)was reviewed.The classification system,host plant diversity and geographical distribution characteristics of ERMF were discussed.The signal exchange,cell morphological changes and effector molecular mechanisms during colonization were analyzed.At the same time,the regulation of environmental factors such as soil pH,organic matter content and heavy metal pollution on ERMF colonization was discussed,and the effects of climate change and land use change were reviewed.This review aims to enhance the understanding of ERMF colonization by researchers and related workers,and provide a reference for promoting the theoretical system construction of ERMF symbiosis mechanism and the application of ecological functions.关键词
