摘要

Abstract

This paper is to screen the excellent single plant with high and balanced nutrient content of kernel in hazelnut hybrid F1 generation.In this experiment,23 F1 individuals and 1 hybrid parent(S1-5)were used as materials to determine and analyze the nutrient content of nuts.The results showed that there were significant differences in water content and nut nutrient content among 23 different plants.The average fat content of 23 individual plants was 57.53%,and the total coefficient of variation was 5.116.Among them,the kernel fat content of 6-34-1×S1-5(B)hybrids was higher,ranging from 58.37%to 61.88%.The 23 individuals were divided into 2 major categories and 4 subcategories by cluster analysis.Among them,the I-1 subcategory of the I major category contained 6 individuals such as 9-2,and the I-2 subcategory contained 6 individuals such as 57-3.TheⅡ-1 subclass of theⅡI class contained 5 individual plants such as 9-3,and theⅡ-2 subclass contained 6 individual plants such as S1-5.The average contents of fat and protein inⅡ-1 subgroup were higher than those in other subgroups,which were 60.53±3.77%and 24.55±1.61%,respectively.Principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the nutritional components of 23 hazelnuts,and 7 single plants with higher comprehensive evaluation value than the parents(S1-5)were selected.The comprehensive ranking from high to low was 57-24,50-17,56-26,57-7,52-32,50-28 and 57-1.
