国家重点龙头企业认定政策对企业成长能力的影响
Recognition Policy and Enterprise Growth-A Quasi-natural Experiment Based on National Key Leading Enterprises

Abstract
Enhancing the growth capacity of agricultural enterprises has a far-reaching impact on the industrialization of China's agriculture,the construction of a new agricultural management system and the promotion of agricultural modernization.As the leading enterprises of national agricultural industrialization,key leading enterprises play a crucial role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and they play an indispensable role in perfecting the whole agricultural industry chain,establishing a modern rural industrial system and accelerating the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Using the sample data of listed agricultural companies from 2000 to 2023,this paper explores the impact of the recognition policy of national key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization on the growth capacity of enterprises through a multi-period DID model.It is found that the recognition policy significantly enhances the growth ability of listed agricultural enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of the recognition policy on the growth capacity of agricultural enterprises with different property rights types,growth stages,marketability,and government intervention degrees also exhibits significant heterogeneity.The findings of this paper enrich the research on the economic consequences of the identification policy of national key leading enterprises,which in turn provides policy insights for the realization of agricultural industrialization.关键词
