护理信息学微课程在本科护理实习生护理信息能力培养中的应用
Application of Nursing Informatics micro-lectures in the cultivation of nursing information competency for nursing undergraduates

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics in the cultivation of nursing informa-tion competency of nursing undergraduates.Methods Nursing undergraduates from a tertiary grade-A general hospital in Fujian Province were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group received conventional teaching of Nursing Informat-ics,while the intervention group had micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics on the basis of conventional teaching,including establish-ing a teaching team,designing and developing micro-lectures.Evaluation indicators included Self-assessment Scales of Nursing Infor-mation Competency of Nursing Students and Evaluation Questionnaires of Nursing Informatics.Results The total score of nursing in-formation competency of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing students'satisfaction with the course was 4.89±0.23.Conclusion Micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics can significantly improve nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates,which have been recognized by most nursing students and are worth to be promoted in clinical practice.关键词
