Abstract
Objective To construct a scientific and feasible training program for neurology nurse specialists and to provide a basis for training program of neurology nurse specialists in China.Methods Using the job competency model as a guide,we constructed train-ing indexes through literature research and semi-structured interviews,and employed Delphi method to select 18 experts for 3 rounds of correspondence to form the final training program.Results Effective recovery rates of the 3 rounds of expert consultation were all 100%,and expert authority coefficients were 0.890,0.887,and 0.912,respectively.The final program consisted of 5 first-level,13 sec-ondary-level,and 65 third-level indexes,with coefficients of variation for importance of each entry ranging from 0 to 0.240,and coeffi-cient of Kendall's concordance(W)of 0.162(P<0.001).Conclusion The training program for neurology nurse specialists construct-ed based on job competency is scientific and reliable,and can provide reference for theoretical learning and practice of neurology nurse specialists in China.关键词
