On the Scientific Principles of Deepening the Reform of Ecological Civilization System on the New Journey in the New Era

Abstract
Deepening the reform of ecological civilization system on the new journey in the new era,must adhere to the"the six principles"proposed by the 3rd plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)as the scientific principles.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,it is essential to uphold the leadership of CPC as a political guarantee,and to enhance the ability and level of CPC in leading ecological and environmental governance;to prioritize people-centered values,and to advance ecological and environmental governance by the mass line of CPC in the new era;to uphold the principle of innovation while maintaining core values as the thinking method,and to advance the reform of the ecological civilization system under the constraint and guidance of the system goals;to focus on institutional development as the main thread of reform,to improve the system for promoting ecological civilization from the perspective of systematic integration and collaborative efficiency;to uphold the rule by law as the governance approach,and to promote the ecological and environmental legal construction around the compilation of an ecological and environmental code;and to adopt a systemic concept as the working path,and to properly handle the relationships among various factors of institution and policy.Only by following"the six principles"can we ensure the correct political direction of the reform of ecological civilization system.关键词
