农村人居环境整治中村民参与行为的影响机制
Mechanisms of Influence on Villagers'Participation in Rural Living Environment Improvement:An Analysis of Synergistic Leader,Institutions,and Structure

Abstract
Rural living environment improvement constitutes a critical experimental domain for advancing the modernization of grassroots governance.Villagers' participation in rural living environment improvement is shaped by the synergistic interplay of the human capital of village cadres,institutional elasticity,and village endowments.Drawing on data from the 2020 China Rural Revitalization Survey(CRRS),this study constructs a tripartite analytical framework of"leadership-institution-structure"to systematically examine the independent and synergistic effects of village cadres' human capital(e.g.,educational attainment,age thresholds),institutional arrangements(e.g.,the power-centralizing"Yi jian tiao"system),and structural endowments(e.g.,infrastructure,peri-urban location)on villagers' participatory behaviors.Key findings reveal:at leader dimension,the educational attainment of village party secretaries indirectly enhances villagers' participation through income improvement,while age exhibits an inverted U-shaped nonlinear relationship with policy implementation efficacy.At institutional dimension,the"Yi jian tiao"system suppresses participation in engineering projects,but marginally promotes habitual initiatives,with its effects moderated by infrastructure endowments.At structural dimension,peri-urban locations significantly boost participation through policy transmission advantages,yet over-reliance on external management undermines villager autonomy,reflecting an"empowerment-dependency"threshold effect.This study employs a three-dimensional analytical framework of"leadership-institution-structure"to elucidate the synergistic mechanisms among village cadres' human capital,institutional arrangements,and structural endowments,thereby providing theoretical foundations for optimizing policy design regarding villager participation in rural living environment improvement.关键词
