Scientific Connotation,Strategic Framework,and Practical Pathways of Practicing the Grand Agriculture Concept in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The macro-agriculture concept is a new vision proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in response to the evolving landscape of agricultural and rural development,as well as shifting food consumption patterns.It aims to ensure national food security and the stable supply of agricultural products while fostering the revitalization of rural industries.The concept of macro-agriculture transcends the boundaries of traditional agriculture by situating it within the overall framework of the national economy as a comprehensive development philosophy.It is grounded in a macro-food perspective,supported by a macro-industry perspective,aimed at achieving a macro-livelihood perspective,and expanded through a macro-rural perspective.Currently,establishing and practicing the macro-agriculture concept faces multiple constraints,including insufficient supply of agricultural resources and factors,imperfect institutional mechanisms for agricultural technological innovation,weak linkages in the agricultural industry chain,and inadequate coordination of agricultural policies.To fully embrace the macro-agriculture concept,it is necessary to diversify food sources,extend industrial chains through multiple approaches,increase farmers'income through various channels,and expand rural spaces with multifunctional development.To effectively implement this concept,efforts should focus on promoting the construction of a full agricultural industrial chain,developing new quality productive forces in agriculture,fostering new types of agricultural business entities,and strengthening coordinated policy support.These efforts will continuously advance high-quality agricultural development and provide robust support for building China into a leading agricultural modernization powerhouse.关键词
