盐碱地花生起垄整形装置的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Peanut Ridge Shaping Device for Saline-Alkaline Soil

Abstract
Saline and alkaline soil is sticky and crusty,poor air permeability and water permeability,resulting in peanut seeding and ridging with high coefficient of variation of the ridge shape and high soil resistance,so a peanut ridge shaping device for saline and alkaline land was designed.Combined with the agronomic requirements of peanut ridge planting in saline and alkaline land,based on the soil volume calculation of the interactions between the ridge construction mecha-nism,through the agronomic requirements of the tightness of the ridge to analyze the size of the suppression roller,ac-cording to the ridge analysis of the size of the ridge wing plate,and ultimately,according to the amount of soil required by the ridge to analyze the amount of soil thrown as well as the soil's movement trajectory,to complete the analysis of the key components of the device and the size of the design.Combined with the agronomic requirements of peanut planting mode and ridge structure,the EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to establish a simulation model of ridge shaping device-saline soil interactions,selecting the depth of entry,rotary speed of rotary tillage,and the starter wing plate as the experimental factors,and taking the amount of soil thrown by rotary tillage and the distance of rotary tillage throws as the evaluation indexes,to analyze the fit curves of the soil ridge shape after the starter ridge.The simu-lation test results showed that the operation effect was best when the depth of soil entry was 155 mm,the rotary tillage speed was 265 r/min,and the starter wing plate was 220 mm.The results of the field test showed that the peanut ridge shaping device constructed a ridge with a height of 198.9 mm,a width of 602.6 mm,a spacing of 903.6 mm,and a tightness of 384.68 kPa,which was effective and able to satisfy the agronomic requirements of peanut ridge shaping in saline and alkaline land.关键词
