摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large size,easy plugging and low efficiency of the existing horizontal cane stalk combine.A leaf stripping device for sugarcane whole stalk vertical combine was designed.The device was composed of leaf stripping roller,leaf stripping element,hydraulic motor and box.A test bed for leaf stripping performance was set up.Based on pre-experiment,the stripping rate was taken as the test index,and the rotation speed of the stripping roll-er,the amount of sugarcane feeding,the number of stripping elements and the number of stripping elements around the leaf were determined as the key factors affecting the stripping performance.Box-Behnken test method was used to study the influence of each factor on the stripping rate.With the stripping rate as the optimization objective,the optimal param-eter combination was obtained as follows:the rotating speed of the stripping roller was 695 r/min,the feeding amount was 7,the number of stripping elements was 3,the number of stripping elements was 4 root/row,and the corresponding stripping rate was 97.2%.The experimental results showed that the stripping rate was 95.54%and the relative error with the optimized value was 1.7%.The leaf stripping device can realize the stripping of leaves before the vertical harvest of sugarcane whole stalk,and the stripping effect was good,which provided a stripping technology for the vertical whole stalk combined harvest.
