摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of high tillage resistance and low soil fragmentation rate after tillage of the spiral blade structure of the powder ridge cutter,a new type of hollow powder ridge cutter was designed by combining with the theory and method of vertical rotary tillage;Firstly,the Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH)method was used to establish a simulation model of cutter-soil operation system.Subsequently,ridge cutter soil cutting operation simulation test was con-ducted by quadratic regression generalized rotational combination design test method.Finally,regression analysis was used to establish a mathematical model between the cutterstructure parameters and the operational performance indexes.So as to obtain the influence regularityof the the new type of hollow ridge cutterstructure parameters on the maximum torque per u-nit width,the average torque per unit width,and the soil fragmentation rate.The results showed that with the increase of the number of cutter arms,the length of cutter teeth,and the number of cutter teeth,the maximum torque per unit width and the average torque per unit width exhibited the trend of initially decrease followed by increase,while the soil breakage rate showed the trend of initially increase followed by decrease.The combination of a small quantity of cutter arms,and a large quantity of cutter tooth length and quantity could effectively reduce the soil cutting resistance of the ridge cutterand improve the soil breakage rate.This study could provide a reference basis for the subsequent research on the design and optimization of new structure of powder ridge cutter.
