Abstract

[Objectives]Functional lily is a type of lily species that has both ornamental,edible,medicinal and other multi-purpose uses.The paper aimed to study the greenhouse cultivation technology of new cultivars of functional lilies,in order to provide technical references for the new cultivars to be cultivated on a large scale in greenhouses.[Methods]Two new functional lily cultivars,'Feixiangshaohua'and'Feixiangtiancheng',were used as test materials for lily planting in greenhouse soilless tanks with planting depths of 10 and 14 cm,respectively.At the bud stage,lily plants were treated with bud removal or harvesting of cut flowers to study the effects of bulb-lets planting depth,bud removal,and harvesting of cut flowers on lily ornamental traits and bulb production.[Results]In greenhouse cultivation of'Feixiangshaohua',planting depth of 14 cm was suitable for bulb production under the flower bud removal treatment,and both 10 and 14 cm were suitable for cut flower and bulb production under the cut flower harvesting treatment.In the greenhouse cultivation of'Feixiangtiancheng',planting depth of 10 cm was used for bulb production under the flower bud removal treatment,and both 10 and 14 cm were suitable for cut flower and bulb production under the cut flower harvesting treatment.[Conclusions]The suitable cultivation methods in greenhouse for cut flower and bulb production of'Feixiangshaohua'and'Feixiangtiancheng'were obtained based on this study.
