摘要
Abstract
The adoption of milking robots can effectively prevent the spread of zoonotic diseases,improve milking effi-ciency,and reduce the labor burden on farmers,while also monitoring the health status of dairy cows.This paper em-ploys ANSYS simulation to take Chinese Holstein cows as the research object,carry out structural strength and stittness static analyses on the structural strength and stiffness of a three-degrees-of-freedom milking robot manipulator,as well as modal analysis on the overall structure.The results indicate that the design parameters meet the operational re-quirements,and both the maximum deformation and stress of the manipulator under load remain within safe limits.The findings provide a reliable theoretical basis for further optimization of the milking robot system design.关键词
