多传感器融合的太阳能板智能追光系统的设计与研究
Design and Research of Multi Sensor Fusion Solar Panel Intelligent Tracking System
摘要
Abstract
This study proposes an intelligent solar panel tracking system based on multi-sensor fusion and adaptive PID control,aiming to solve the problems of large response delay,high static error,and poor adaptability to complex weather in existing solar tracking systems.The system adopts a 7×7 photosensitive array sensor combined with an inclination sensor,uses a weighted Kalman filtering algorithm to fuse light intensity and angle data,and optimizes the tracking ac-curacy of the solar panel through adaptive PID control.The experimental results show that the tracking error of the sys-tem under sunny and cloudy conditions is 0.32 ° and 0.87 °,respectively.The response time has been improved by 40%,and the daily energy consumption is 1.2W,which is better than traditional systems.This system has high photo-voltaic power generation efficiency and energy efficiency,and can maintain stable operation in complex environments,providing a new technological solution for solar energy utilization.关键词
