摘要
Abstract
This article aims at the transmission system of agricultural machinery,through the establishment of the dynam-ic model of the transmission system,to explore the role of gear mesh error,shaft torsion vibration and external excitation and other factors on the role of mechanical vibration mechanism,and to analyse the impact of different vibration parame-ters on the measurement accuracy of the law.A large number of studies have shown that the vibration of the transmission system will lead to an increase in the measurement error,especially high-frequency vibration is more likely to cause in-stability in the measurement accuracy.In order to reduce the impact of vibration on metering accuracy,the article propo-ses optimisation strategies such as optimising the structure of the transmission system,increasing the stiffness and impro-ving the power matching.The research results can provide theoretical support for the design and optimisation of grain combine harvesters and other precision agricultural machinery.关键词
