Abstract
Fixation is a key process for the formation of the shape and quality of green tea.During the fixation process,the adjustment of process parameters has a great influence on the fixation result.According to the requirements of tea fix-ation technology,through theoretical analysis combined with actual production needs,the parameter design and simula-tion analysis are carried out for the key components of the fixator:drum,bottom frame and waste heat recovery structure.The results show that the drum speed of 20~30 r/min meets the fixation requirements,and the deformation of the frame should not be too large.When designing the waste heat recovery structure,the temperature changes from 57℃to around 107℃,andthe maximumreaches137℃.The windspeedis3.24 m/s,andthroughthe actionof thermal convection,it decreases to 1 m/s when reaching the middle of the drum,and basically remains at 0.3 m/s behind the drum,which accelerates the discharge of water vapor.Through the above structural design optimization,the output and fixation quality of the drum-type tea fixator are improved,the needs of bulk green tea production are met,and the progress of tea pro-cessing technology is promoted.关键词
