摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the high temperature creep properties and constitutive relationship of FeCrAl alloys are researched using molecular dynamics(MD)method.The effects of temperature,stress and grain size(GS)on the steady-state creep rate are analyzed,and the creep constitutive parameters of creep activation energy Qc,stress exponent n,and grain exponent p are fitted.The results show that the effects of stress and temperature on the creep constitutive parameters are more significant than GS and alloy composition.As the stress increases,the change in n becomes particularly significant.Under low stress,n ranges from 1.2 to 1.5,and then it increases greatly from 2.0 to more than 4.0 under medium and high stress conditions.When the temperature is lower than 1000 K,the values of Qc are rarely affected by stress,which is found to be about 0.1 eV to 0.2 eV at different stresses.However,under higher temperatures,Qc increases from 0.5 eV to 1.0 eV as stress rises.When the GS is less than 12 nm,p increases roughly from 1.5 to 3.5 with the increasing stress and temperature.When GS exceeds 12 nm,p is approximately 0.7 to 1.0.
