摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to smooth the cold source water intake in nuclear power station for ensuring safe operation of nuclear power station and to timely and effectively intercept and clean various blockages in the cold source water.Through the analysis of the current nuclear power station's multiple blocking and intercepting nets combined with artificial vessel salvage to clear the floating suspended blockage in open channel of the cold source water,aiming at the practical problems such as insufficient adaptability,passive inefficiency and loss of control,and difficulties in management and maintenance,based on the characteristics of floating and suspending objects and the environmental conditions of interception and salvage,and combined with the experience and technology of hydraulic integrated intercepting,guiding,filtering,collecting and clearing of floating objects used in water engineering,this paper proposes a scheme for clearing blockages by setting floating drains,floating gates,and grid gates in suitable locations in the channel of a nuclear power station,which can reduce the uncontrollable influence of the marine environment on cleaning operations,timely clean and transport large various blockages,reduce safety risks,workload and operating costs,greatly improve efficiency,and enhance the level of maintenance and management.The technology has been demonstrated and tested,and can effectively improve the current problem of cold source blockage in nuclear power station,ensure the safe operation of nuclear power station.
