摘要

Abstract

In response to the problem of environmental pollution caused by the escape of pyrolysis gas during the feeding process of the pyrolysis furnace feeding mechanism,a gas replacement scheme is proposed to improve the sealing of the system and strengthen pollutant control.The gas displacement schemes are optimized through numerical simulation methods,and a flow field model in the feed mechanism chamber of the pyrolysis furnace is established.Simulation conditions such as material characteristics,inlet and outlet sizes,and pressure are set.The results indicate that when the inlet and outlet interfaces are arranged in the middle of the opposite side wall of the pyrolysis furnace,with bottom inlet and top outlet,and a smaller inner diameter of the interface and a larger inlet pressure are selected,the ambient air can quickly and uniformly diffuse,effectively discharging the pyrolysis gas and achieving the best gas displacement effect and efficiency.
