核电站海水双相不锈钢蝶板堆焊层腐蚀分析
Corrosion Analysis of Seawater Duplex Stainless Steel Butterfly Overlay Welding Layer in Nuclear Power Station
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the corrosion failure of seawater butterfly valve near the heat exchanger of nuclear power station,the effects of welding materials,heat input,impurities and hydrogen introduction on the corrosion resistance of 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)welded joints are evaluated by means of microstructure observation,electrochemical test and corrosion immersion test.The experimental results show that the pitting corrosion resistance of the welded joint is lower than that of the base metal.The welding heat input has little effect on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS welded joint.The environmental conditions during welding and the actual service environment have a significant effect on the corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS welded joint.The corrosion failure of the butterfly plate in the nuclear power station is the result of multiple factors.It is necessary to optimize the material and welding process under full consideration of the environmental impact,enhance the corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS welded joint,and improve the safety and reliability of the key facilities of the nuclear power station.关键词
