Protection Scheme of Desert-Gobi-Wasteland Wind Farm Through Flexible Low-Frequency Transmission Lines
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the fault current characteristics on both sides of the AC line of desert-gobi-wasteland wind power system are special,and the traditional current differential protection has the risk of rejection,a new pilot protection scheme based on improved Smith-Waterman(SW)algorithm is proposed,which is verified by hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)experiment.The results show that the proposed scheme can accurately judge the internal and external faults,and has strong anti-transition resistance interference ability.It still has good adaptability to the case where there is a 15%measurement error in TA or 25 dB Gaussian noise interference,and can meet the requirements of flexible low-frequency transmission line protection scheme.关键词
