面向柔性电子器件的凝胶弹性体3D打印研究进展
Research Progress on 3D Printing of Gel Elastomers for Flexible Electronic Devices
摘要
Abstract
Flexible electronics have emerged as a key enabler for next-generation intelligent wearables, health monitoring systems, soft robotics, and human-machine interaction devices, owing to their breakthrough mechanical flexibility, stretchability, and lightweight characteristics. However, the large-scale practical deployment of flexible electronics still faces critical challenges. For instance, material systems must simultaneously achieve high electrical conductivity and superior mechanical properties;manufacturing processes require a balance between high precision and complex structural integration capabilities;and interfacial stability and reliability of integrated devices demand urgent enhancement.Among advanced manufacturing techniques,3D printing holds significant promise for develop-ing high-performance flexible electronics due to its exceptional potential for customized complex structures,multi-functional integration, and enhanced production efficiency. This review systematically examines the evolution of flex-ible electronics, material systems, and advances in 3D printing technologies. It provides an in-depth analysis of mainstream 3D printing techniques particularly direct ink writing and vat photopolymerization in overcoming manu-facturing bottlenecks for flexible electronics. The current research status of two critical elastomeric materials,hydro-gels and ionic gels,in 3D-printed flexible electronics is comprehensively discussed. Finally, considering existing re-search challenges, the review outlines future directions, including artificial intelligence-empowered material design,cross-scale manufacturing optimization, and high-performance gel-elastomer-based flexible electronic devices.关键词
