犬胰腺炎的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and Treatment of Canine Pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Canine pancreatitis is one of the common digestive system diseases in dogs,with causes potentially related to improper diet,obesity,genetic factors,certain medications,and concurrent other diseases.Clinically,com-mon symptoms of pancreatitis include vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea,loss of appetite,and listlessness.The diag-nosis and treatment processes of 3 cases of canine pancreatitis are described in detail.Through clinical examinations combined with laboratory detection methods such as blood analysis,canine C-reactive protein detection,detection of canine pancreatic lipase(cPL)and biochemical detection,it was diagnosed that these 3 dogs had pancreatitis.A se-ries of targeted treatment measures were taken,including fasting and water deprivation,gastrointestinal decompres-sion,fluid replacement support,inhibition of pancreatic juice secretion,analgesia and spasmolysis,anti-infective treatment,nutritional support,and management of complications.The sick dogs had a good prognosis.关键词
