摘要

Abstract

Using the high-oil soybean cultivar"Jiyu 407"as the experimental material,this study aimed to eluci-date the optimal planting density and nitrogen application rate by establishing different planting density and nitrogen fertilizer gradients.The experiment adopted a two-factor split-plot design,with nitrogen fertilizer gradients assigned to the main plots and planting densities to the subplots.Four nitrogen treatment levels were set:N1(0 kg/hm2),N2(75 kg/hm2),N3(150 kg/hm2),and N4(225 kg/hm2);meanwhile,three planting density gradients were estab-lished:M1(180 000 plants/hm2),M2(240 000 plants/hm2),and M3(300 000 plants/hm2).The effects of nitrogen fer-tilizer and planting density interaction on agronomic traits,quality characteristics and yield performance of high oil soybean were studied.The results demonstrated that increasing the planting density induced a significantly ascend-ing trend in plant height,with the maximum value observed in the N4M3 treatment and the minimum in the N1M1 treatment.Stem diameter exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with rising density,peaking in the N3M2 treatment and reaching the minimum in the N4M1 treatment.The influence of nitrogen application levels on plant height and stem diameter mirrored that of density.The maximum values of grains per plant,pods per plant,and grain weight per plant were all recorded in the N3M1 treatment,while the minimum values were found in the N2M2 treatment.The 100-seed weight under N1M1 and N2M3 treatments was significantly higher than that under N2M1,N2M2,and N3M1 treatments,but showed no significant difference from other treatments.Yield displayed no obvious regularity with density and nitrogen application levels,and there was no significant difference among each treatment.The crude protein content in the N1M1 treatment was significantly higher than that in other treatments,while the N2M3 treatment had the highest crude fat content.During the four samplings(A1-A4)from the pod-filling stage to before the full maturity stage,the number of root nodules showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the root nodule number of each treatment peaked at the A3 period.
