基于SFIC模型的高职院校新型智库多元主体协同治理研究
Research on Multi-subject Collaborative Governance of New-type Think Tanks in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the SFIC Model
摘要
Abstract
Under the collaborative governance theoretical framework,based on the SFIC model,including four essential factors as starting conditions,facilitative leadership,institutional design and collaborative process,this paper proposes a model for the collaborative governance of new-type think tanks in higher vocational colleges,exploring the development path of such think tanks through the collaborative governance of multiple stakeholders like government,industry,enterprises,and colleges.Taking the construction practice of new-type think tanks in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province as an example,it analyzes the challenges faced by multi-subject collaborative governance in terms of starting conditions,facilitative leadership,institutional design,and collaborative processes.Furthermore,it proposes practical paths for multi-subject collaborative governance from three dimensions:collaborative motivation,conditions,and outcomes.关键词
