An In-depth Analysis of the Dilemmas in Constructing the Talent Chain of Urban Industry-Education Integration Consortium and New Paths for Breakthrough
摘要
Abstract
As a key carrier for integrating regional economic development and vocational education innovation,the talent supply-demand chain of urban industry-education integration consortia directly influences regional economic growth and vocational education effectiveness.By analyzing the underlying logic of the talent chain,including targeting regional needs,integrating resources,and upholding collaborative education,this paper identifies practical dilemmas in its construction,such as insufficient collaborative awareness,flawed standards,and integration mechanism barriers.To address these,it proposes strategies:strengthening collaboration by establishing special teams and interest-risk mechanisms,enhancing training quality through monitoring centers and unified standards,and facilitating integration by setting up unified management agencies and promoting resource sharing.These aim to promote the sound development of urban industry-education integration consortia and support high-quality regional economic and social development.关键词
